Trinity Family Support Network exists to serve children and their families in the early years of their development (0-8 years). TFSN seeks to help vulnerable children from all walks of life, engaging parents, carers and the wider community, as they seek to help their children develop healthily and hit their developmental milestones – allowing them a strong transition into school. We do this by parent engagement and education, building strong connections within the community and providing opportunities for children to overcome the developmental delays they may be experiencing.

Trinity Family Support Network is an inclusive service, that welcomes all community members of the Gold Coast and encourages community participation.

Trinity Family Support Network is funded by the QLD government and the department of education.
